CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT

MCHS is proud to offer concurrent enrollment, providing students the opportunty to earn college credit while in high school. Students may earn an associates degree in high school and/or complete valuable courses that will transfer to college after they graduate. 

Partnership with pueblo community college southwest

Pueblo Community College Southwest is a comprehensive community college in Colorado serving the counties of Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan. Its main campus is located in the town of Mancos. PCC Southwest offers quality, affordable guarantee-transfer general education classes and transfer degrees in multiple programs, as well as career and technical programs. PCC Southwest offers day and evening classes face-to-face on site and through virtual classrooms and online instruction.

Early College Pathways

Students enrolled in Early College are concurrently enrolled students at Pueblo Community College and their home high school. Students gain all the rights and privileges afforded a PCC student as well as the ability to fully participate in sports, activities, and events at their home school.
