Dear Parents and Guardians,
We were made aware of a Snapchat post that presented false information related to our Track state send off this morning. Because we had police cars and fire trucks here, a rumor has now been circulated that we had a school shooter present on campus. Law enforcement has investigated and determined this to be false information. We were having a celebration and honoring our student athletes! Please understand that we are conducting business as usual here at Montezuma-Cortez High School and your children are safe in their classrooms learning!
