Dr. Laura DeWitt serves as Vice President of the Board of Education. She is an optometrist and a parent in the district. Laura has been involved in district schools as a volunteer at Kemper Elementary and as a former member and parent co-chair of the District Accountability Committee. She believes schools are strongest when decisions are student-centered and informed by the voices of families, staff, and community members. She is committed to listening, collaboration, and responsible, informed decision-making.
