Ed Rice
M-CSD RE-1 School Board Director & Vice President ~ District E (4 year term beginning on 11/30/21)
Ed Rice retired from M-CSD RE-1 schools in 2019. Ed has a B.S. degree from Colorado State University in Agriculture Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. While teaching Ed served as President for the Colorado Agriculture Teachers Association and as treasure for the Colorado Association of Career and Technical Administrator's. Mr. Rice also serves on the Cortez Cemetery Board and is an active member of the Cortez Elks Lodge. Ed currently owns Wilson Monument in Cortez.
Mr. Rice became a Board Officer as Secretary on 12/13/2022.
Mr. Rice was elected Vice-President on 11/28/23.
